The combination of snow melt and additional rainfall tonight may
result in flooding along ditches, streams, rivers, and poor
drainage areas.

Elevated Fog Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Areas of fog are expected again on Friday into Saturday morning.
The fog may be dense at times.
River rises may occur over the next several days due to the
potential break up of existing ice cover.
