Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Strong westerly winds will continue to produce areas of blowing
and drifting snow, especially in open and rural areas and after
sunset as another round of fluffy snow falls across the region.

Dangerously cold wind chills are expected late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday through Wednesday morning and again on Friday...

DISCUSSION...

flooding on area rivers into next week.
