DISCUSSION...
A wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain will spread
across the area Monday morning and transition to mainly freezing
drizzle Monday afternoon. A period of freezing rain is expected
Monday night, which may mix with snow along and north of I-88. Any
untreated surface may become icy and hazardous.
Localized ice jam flooding will continue along some rivers.
