DISCUSSION...
Wind chills will remain dangerously cold.
Some blowing and drifting snow is expected in open areas today.
In addition, localized ice jam flooding is likely along some rivers.

Limited Snow Risk.
Friday and Saturday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Dangerously cold wind chills will continue through Wednesday
morning, and possibly return again Friday into Saturday.
While most areas will remain dry, a narrow swath of accumulating
snow could result in locally hazardous travel for a few areas
Wednesday afternoon and evening.
In addition, localized ice jam flooding will continue to be likely
along some rivers.
