This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible tonight, mainly
across northern Illinois. Severe weather is not expected at this
time although some strong and gusty winds could occur with
individual storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
High Swim Risk
Friday through Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Wednesday and again Friday
through Monday. Severe weather is not expected at this time,
though locally heavy rainfall may occur.

Strong northwest winds will generate high waves and the potential
for strong rip currents along the beaches of the northwestern
Indiana shore of Lake Michigan.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the northeast at 30 mph.
