This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado risk.
Elevated hail risk...up to quarter size here.
Elevated damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Fog Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A cold front pushing south into Central Illinois and Indiana will
continue to be the focus for strong to severe thunderstorms. However,
the thunderstorm threat is rapidly shifting south of the outlook area.
There is a lingering chance for some isolated storms over the far
southern portions of the outlook area late this afternoon.

Dense fog may spread inland from Lake Michigan to the Illinois lake
front late tonight.

Portions of the Fox, Kankakee and Illinois Rivers are expected to be
above flood stage.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Fog Risk.
Saturday through Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

Portions of the Fox, Kankakee and Illinois Rivers are expected to
remain above flood stage for the next several days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed late this afternoon.

Moving toward the east at 30 mph.
