This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Wednesday through Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Periods of showers and thunderstorms will be possible from Tuesday
and into next weekend. There is a low risk for isolated severe
thunderstorms and localized flooding for portions of the area
later Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening and night. Additional
thunderstorms will be possible on Wednesday and some of these
could also become strong to near severe.

A slow moving storm system will bring off and on precipitation
chances to the region Thursday and into next weekend. At this
time, it appears the threat for heavy rainfall may remain south
of the region across central Illinois, but it is too early to rule
out a northward shift in this threat area. The areas that receive
the most rain through the week will likely have renewed flooding
concerns and river rises.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
