* WINDS...East 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...Driving will be difficult, especially on north to
south roads. Unsecured outdoor objects may be blown around.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph and/or wind
gusts of 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving
