This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Elevated Snow Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Slushy snow accumulations are appearing more likely for some locations
on Sunday, with the axis north and east of Interstate 55 favored. The
most likely time for accumulation would be Sunday morning, with grass and
elevated surfaces more likely for accumulation as surface temperatures
will remain at or above freezing. Expect reduced visibility in snow
as it may fall fairly heavily in the morning.

Another round of strong thunderstorms may be possible on Thursday.
