Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk through this evening.
Limited Snow Risk through this evening.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk

DISCUSSION...

Light to briefly moderate snow will gradually end this evening.

Strong north to northeast winds will diminish this evening,
though associated high waves on Lake Michigan will continue
through the night. This may cause minor lakeshore flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday and Tuesday night...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk north.
Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Another strong low pressure system will bring chances of
thunderstorms Tuesday through Thursday, with a potential for
severe thunderstorms on Thursday.
