This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Elevated Non thunderstorm wind Risk.
Elevated Fire weather Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Strong southwest winds gusting to around 45 mph will continue
through early this evening. The combination of gusty winds and
dry conditions will result in an elevated fire weather risk for
portions of the area.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Saturday...
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
Sunday...
Elevated Snow Risk.
Limited Lakeshore Flooding Risk.
Tuesday Night through Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
A significant spring storm system could bring a few to possibly
several inches of wet snow accumulation to portions of the area on
Sunday. In addition, strong northerly winds will build large
waves and elevated lake levels on Lake Michigan, which could cause
minor lakeshore flooding.
