DRIFTING SNOW.

WIND CHILLS 40 BELOW TO 50 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING
AND WILL REMAIN UNDER 30 BELOW ZERO TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR ICE JAM RELATED FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

WIND CHILLS 30 BELOW TO 50 BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
MIDDAY TUESDAY.
