WIND CHILLS OF 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO WILL OCCUR THROUGH MID MORNING.
WINDS WILL SHARPLY INCREASE MID TO LATE THIS MORNING WITH GUSTS TO
AROUND 45 MPH. THIS WILL LEAD TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW.
ADDITIONAL SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE.
LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY NEAR
ANY ISOLATED ICE JAMS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
WIND CHILLS OF 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT. WINDS CHILLS COLDER THAN 40 BELOW ARE
POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT.
THERE WILL ANOTHER CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL LATE SATURDAY
NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY.
