TRAVEL CONDITIONS LATE FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY...
.TEMPERATURES WILL DROP ONCE AGAIN TONIGHT TO AS LOW AS 13 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH AND GUSTS
INCREASING OVERNIGHT TO 30 MPH. THE COMBINATION OF VERY LOW
TEMPERATURES AND STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE WIND CHILLS VALUES TO
QUICKLY FALL TO AROUND 20 TO 30 BELOW AGAIN BY LATE THIS
EVENING...AND THEN SLOWLY REBOUNDING TO 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO BY
DAYBREAK FRIDAY. A COLD FRONT DROPPING SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE UPPER
MIDWEST WILL BRING ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL TO THE AREA. WHILE SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS SHOULD BE LIGHT THROUGH THE DAYTIME HOURS...WINDS WILL
CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH THE DAY LEADING TO BLOWING AND
