...GUSTY WINDS AND NEW SNOWFALL WILL BRING HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

.VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING AS
SOUTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH BECOME
NORTHWEST AFTER MIDNIGHT. THIS WILL LEAD TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS. FALLING SNOW IS THEN EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT WITH 1 TO 3
INCHES OF ACCUMULATION PROBABLE. SOME ISOLATED LOCATIONS PRIMARILY
EAST OF INTERSTATE 55 MAY SEE UP TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW. PERSISTENT
WINDY CONDITIONS THROUGH TONIGHT COMBINED WITH THE NEWLY FALLEN
SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO PRESENT A SIGNIFICANT HAZARD WITH REDUCED
VISIBILITY AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. SNOW SHOULD END BY MID
