NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 25 MPH MAY PRODUCE SOME BLOWING
SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.

WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 20 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH
THIS MORNING. WIND CHILLS WILL ONCE AGAIN DROP TO AT LEAST 20
BELOW BY EARLY THIS EVENING...THEN OVERNIGHT VALUES WILL HOVER
AROUND 25 BELOW TO AT TIMES 30 BELOW.

LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY NEAR
ANY ISOLATED ICE JAMS...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE KANKAKEE RIVER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

WIND CHILLS 20 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING. WIND CHILLS SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING COULD
ONCE AGAIN APPROACH 25 BELOW...AND MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY
MORNING NEARING 30 BELOW.

PERIODIC CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH THE
UPCOMING WEEKEND. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

GUSTY WINDS UP TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY...AND MAY CREATE
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
