...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS THIS MORNING THEN GUSTY WINDS AND
NEW SNOWFALL WILL BRING HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS LATE FRIDAY
MORNING THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

.WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO ARE OCCURRING THIS
MORNING. VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AS
SOUTHWEST WINDS INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
THIS WILL LEAD TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW ALREADY ON THE
GROUND...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS. FALLING SNOW IS THEN EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT WITH 1 TO
3 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION PROBABLE. PERSISTENT WINDY CONDITIONS
THROUGH TONIGHT COMBINED WITH THE NEWLY FALLING SNOW WILL
CONTINUE TO PRESENT A HAZARD WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY AND BLOWING
