LOCALIZED RIVER FLOODING WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY NEAR
ANY ISOLATED ICE JAMS...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE KANKAKEE RIVER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

WIND CHILLS 15 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY
MORNING. WIND CHILLS SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING COULD ONCE
AGAIN APPROACH 25 BELOW...AND MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING
NEARING 30 BELOW.

GUSTY WINDS UP TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY...AND MAY CREATE
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

PERIODIC CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH
