This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk at night.
Wednesday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Thursday through Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Early season heat will spread over the area on Tuesday with
afternoon heat index readings forecast in the mid 90s.

There is a chance for organized thunderstorms to move into
the area Tuesday night into early Wednesday, possibly bringing
a severe and heavy rain threat mainly north of I-88.

Thunderstorms are possible again Wednesday afternoon mainly along
and south of I-80. Some of these storms could be strong to severe
with an additional heavy rain threat.
