This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited hail risk...up to half dollar size.
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 65 mph.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible in the mid
afternoon through mid evening ahead of a cold front. If thunderstorms
occur, severe weather parameters are favorable for a few of these
storms to become severe, capable of producing damaging wind gusts
and large hail. The isolated severe risk may start as early as 300
PM in far northern Illinois and wind down by about 800 PM-900 PM
near and south of I-80.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

Spotters may be needed this afternoon into the early evening.

Moving toward the southeast at 30 to 40 mph.
