Limited Thunderstorm Risk late tonight.
DISCUSSION...
A few thunderstorms are poosible late tonight into early Friday,
best chances across areas west of the Chicago area.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Saturday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Sunday through Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk with Limited Excessive Heat Risk Monday
DISCUSSION:
Severe thunderstorms and flash flooding are possible Friday
evening and night. Thunderstorms may linger into Saturday,
mainly southeast of Interstate 55 in the morning and along and
south of the Kankakee River in the afternoon. Finally, heat index
values Friday and again early next week may exceed 95 degrees.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
