This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk south of I-80...with an associated:
Limited hail risk...up to quarter size.
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Fog Risk after midnight.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible into this
evening south of Interstate 80. If thunderstorms can form and
intensify, an isolated strong to severe thunderstorm may be
possible.
Patchy fog is possible along and north of I-80 overnight, with
locally dense fog possible.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
Thursday Night and Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible on Friday.
Due to moderate to potentially strong instability and sufficient
wind shear, there is expected to be a conditional strong to severe
thunderstorm risk, with the main threats wind and hail.

Spotters are unlikely to be needed into this evening.
