Elevated Thunderstorm Risk  Limited Flooding Risk.  High Swim Risk

DISCUSSION…

Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected across much of the area. Severe storms are not anticipated. However, some of the stronger storms could produce some gusty winds up to 40 mph and create locally heavy rainfall.

High waves will create dangerous swimming conditions at the Illinois Lake Michigan beaches.
