Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated: Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph. Limited Flooding Risk. Limited Excessive heat Risk.
DISCUSSION…
Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening with the higher potential south of Interstate 88. The primary risk from storms will be deadly cloud to ground lightning and locally heavy rain. A couple of the storms could briefly become severe with locally damaging winds the primary threat.
