There is a chance that thunderstorms associated with a cold front could intensify into the early evening hours as they progress toward and south of roughly the Interstate 80 corridor. The main threat if this occurs would be isolated damaging winds, though very isolated large hail can't be completely ruled out. Earlier thunderstorms resulted in areas of flooding across portions of the area and any additional heavy rainfall could exacerbate the flooding, particularly near flashier rivers and streams.

Flooding will continue along portions of the Little Calumet River.

High Swim Risk

Tuesday…

Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

Flooding will continue along portions of the Little Calumet River through Friday evening.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotters activation is unlikely through this evening.
