SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THIS
EVENING...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80...WITH SNOW
SPREADING SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.

MINOR FLOODING DUE TO ICE JAMS IS POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL ALSO DEVELOP LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON
AND SUNDAY NIGHT WHICH WILL LIKELY LEAD TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
WITH GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITY.

NEAR RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES WITH LIFE THREATENING WIND CHILLS
ARE LIKELY SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILL READINGS
AS LOW AS 40 TO 50 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY AND TUESDAY
MORNING...WITH HIGHS NOT LIKELY TO RISE ABOVE ZERO ON MONDAY.

THERE IS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR ICE JAM RELATED FLOODING.
