DANGEROUSLY LOW TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE
ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING.

STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON WILL LEAD TO
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE GREATEST IMPACT WILL BE SEEN OVER
OPEN AREAS WITH EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS. VISIBILITY DROPPING
TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS IS POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW SHOULD CONTINUE INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY NIGHT.

NEAR RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES WITH DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS ARE
LIKELY SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILL READINGS AS
LOW AS 40 TO 45 BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY AND TUESDAY
MORNING...WITH HIGHS NOT LIKELY TO RISE ABOVE ZERO
