THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SNOW WILL DIMINISH FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION
THIS EVENING. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL RANGE FROM LESS
THAN ONE INCH ACROSS EASTERN ILLINOIS TO 1 TO 3 INCHES ACROSS
NORTHWEST INDIANA. STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST TO 35 MPH
TONIGHT WHICH WILL PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

WIND CHILLS 40 BELOW TO 50 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT.

THERE IS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR ICE JAM RELATED FLOODING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

WIND CHILLS 30 BELOW TO 50 BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE MONDAY
THROUGH MIDDAY TUESDAY.

STRONG WEST WINDS WILL LEAD TO AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AND RURAL AREAS MONDAY AND MONDAY
EVENING.

THERE IS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR ICE JAM RELATED FLOODING.
