SNOW CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS AREAS NORTH OF INTESTATE 80. THE
AREA OF SNOW WILL SLOWLY DRIFT SOUTHEAST THROUGH TONIGHT. A FEW
INCHES OF ACCUMULATION ARE EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS SOUTH
OF INTERSTATE 80.
LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT ACROSS FAR
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND THIS COULD LEAD TO SOME ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATIONS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.
HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY CLOSE TO
LAKE MICHIGAN. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOCALIZED SIGNIFICANT SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS.
DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS ARE POSSIBLE
THURSDAY NIGHT AND THEN AGAIN SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
