This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk very late tonight.
High Swim Risk for Porter County.

DISCUSSION...

Dangerous swimming conditions are expected at Porter County beaches
through mid afternoon.

Showers and a few thunderstorms may approach the region very late
tonight. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Saturday and Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday and Wednesday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region
on Friday. The highest coverage of thunderstorms are expected
Friday morning and then again Friday afternoon and evening. The
potential for heavier rainfall and at least a localized flash
flood threat appear highest late Friday afternoon and into the
evening hours. In addition, some stronger to severe thunderstorms
will be possible, mainly Friday afternoon and evening.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
