Central Avenue downstream to confluence with North Shore Channel.
* from this afternoon to Saturday morning.
* At 9:00 AM Friday the stage was 14.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached later today.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Water may impact the Eugene Field Park foot
bridge. Foster Avenue flow diversion tunnel reaches capacity.
