Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Flood Warning continues for
The Fox River at Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater, or from Johnsburg
downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles.
* until Monday evening.
* At 830 AM Friday the stage was 9.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to rise near 9.9 feet by
Saturday evening. The river will fall below flood stage by Monday
afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Winaki Trail and Onaway Trail are threatened
south of Algonquin.
