DISCUSSION:
Much colder conditions will return to start February, with periods
of sub zero wind chills likely. There is a chance for accumulating
snow at times this weekend, with the first possible round Friday
evening and then Saturday afternoon into Sunday. Another round of
accumulating snow is possible Monday afternoon through Monday
night.
Localized ice jam flooding will remain a threat on area rivers.
