DISCUSSION:

Bitterly cold conditions will continue this morning with wind
chills 20 below to 35 below zero across the area.

Snow showers could produce a dusting of snow across the area tonight.

Localized ice jam flooding will remain a threat on area rivers.

over Porter county Indiana late Wednesday through Thursday night.
