This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado risk.
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon into the
early evening, with a better chance of thunderstorms late evening
into the overnight. Low level conditions support a low chance for
an isolated tornado through late afternoon, primarily east of I-55
and south of I-80. Otherwise, the strongest storms will bring a
threat of gusty winds through tonight.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk in the morning.
Wednesday...
High Swim Risk.
Friday and Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.


.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

While severe weather cannot be ruled out, coverage of any is
likely to be isolated, thus spotter activation is not
anticipated.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the north-northeast at 35 mph today and moving
toward the east at 40 mph tonight.
