Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

High Swim Risk Illinois Beaches.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Northeast winds to 20 mph will create dangerous swimming
conditions along the Illinois beaches through mid-afternoon.

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms across mainly western
portions of the area overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Sunday and Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Periodic shower and thunderstorm chances exist from the end of
this week into early next week. A few storms could be strong and
produce heavy rain Saturday into Saturday night.
