This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Elevated Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Limited Tornado Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop
across southern Wisconsin and northwest and north central
Illinois between 2 and 5 pm and track east-southeast from there.
Some of these thunderstorms may near or briefly reach severe
limits, namely with a severe wind threat. The storm threat will
end from northwest to southeast across the area between 7 and 11
p.m.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed, mainly in northern Illinois from mid
afternoon through early evening, though coverage of storms may
very well be limited enough not to activate spotters.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the east-southeast at 50 mph.
