DISCUSSION…
Thunderstorms will mostly likely be tied to the frontal boundary, which is presently south and west of the area. Expect more storms to move into similar areas west of Chicago overnight. Showers and storms will increase in coverage later Thursday into Friday. Severe weather chances are low, but heavy rains and localized flooding may eventually become a concern.
