DISCUSSION...
There is a slight chance for thunderstorms tonight. Primary
threats are small hail and some wind gusts under 40 mph. Large
waves and strong currents will result in dangerous swim conditions
at Lake County Illinois beaches by early tomorrow morning.

DISCUSSION...
A cold front Tuesday night will bring showers and storms to the
area through Wednesday morning. Storms will be in a weakening
phase as they reach the western portion of the CWA although some
storms may still be strong to severe. The main hazards are hail,
strong winds, and localized flooding. Another threat for strong
to severe storms exists Wednesday afternoon as a warm front lifts
into the southern portion of the area.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
