This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk east of I-55.
Limited Fog Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Patches of shallow fog can be expected through early morning,
particularly south of the Illinois and Kankakee River valleys.

Additionally, isolated thunderstorms may develop this afternoon
east of I-57.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk, mainly at night.
Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk, mainly at night.
Elevated Excessive Heat Risk.
Monday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:

DISCUSSION...

Hot and humid conditions will return this weekend into early next
week, along with periodic thunderstorm chances. Heat indices will
approach or exceed 100 degrees Sunday and Monday.
