THROUGH 530 PM CDT...
At 435 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Marengo, moving east at 15 to 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills, Woodstock, Huntley, Marengo,
Lakewood, Bull Valley, and Union.
