Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.

DISCUSSION...

Winds will increase overnight and begin gusting to around 30 mph
by morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk late.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk across parts of Porter County Indiana.
Friday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Gusts over 40 mph are possible Wednesday and Wednesday night.

Rain may briefly change to snow Wednesday night but with little to
no accumulation. Breezy northwest winds Thursday through Friday with
sharply colder temperatures will result in wind chills 10 to 15
degrees below zero, especially Thursday night and Friday morning.

Lake effect snow is possible across parts of Porter County
Indiana late Thursday afternoon into early Friday. Some snow
accumulations are appearing increasingly probable.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
