DISCUSSION:

A storm system is expected to track into the Midwest late in the
week, with a potentially active weather pattern likely from Friday
through Sunday. Confidence remains low in the storm track and
other details at this time, though it does appear that there is
some potential for snow across parts of the area from later
Saturday into early Sunday, with north central Illinois favored
for potential accumulations. Monitor future forecast for
additional detail as the week continues.
