This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk along Indiana lakeshore.
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk this morning northwest Indiana.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION...

Patchy light lake effect precipitation across mainly northeast
Porter county may produce some minor ice glazing early this
morning, or a light dusting of snow on untreated surfaces.

Gusty north to northwest winds have produce large waves on
southern Lake Michigan, and have led to lakeshore flooding along
the Indiana shoreline. Winds and waves will continue to slowly
decrease today, easing lakeshore flooding problems.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
