DISCUSSION:

A fast-moving system may bring a brief period of snow to parts of
the region very late Sunday night and into Monday morning. With
surface temperatures below freezing, there is a potential for
slick spots to develop on elevated and untreated surfaces.
Northwest winds may gust up to 40 mph on Monday.

Breezy northwest winds Thursday and Friday, combined with sharply
colder temperatures, may cause wind chills to drop below zero,
especially Thursday night and Friday morning.
