Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk today.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk today.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk this afternoon and evening.
Limited Freeze Risk late tonight.
DISCUSSION...
Winds late this afternoon could gust over 40 mph mainly near the
lake and along a corridor south and west of Chicago. There is
also a chance of an isolated thunderstorm in the early afternoon
over northwest Indiana. Any shower or thunderstorm could produce
graupel, which is small, soft hail, and bring locally stronger
wind gusts. Some lakeshore flooding and beach erosion is likely
along the northwest Indiana Lake Michigan shoreline. Finally,
temperatures across portions of northern Illinois could get close
to freezing tonight.
