Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Flood Warning continues for
The Fox River at Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater, or from Johnsburg
downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles.
* until Saturday May 30.
* At 1030 AM Saturday the stage was 11.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to rise near 11.1 feet by this
afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by early Saturday
morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Filip Street and Fox River Drive threatened
in Algonquin.
