This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening,
mainly across northern Illinois. Any storms will be capable
of producing locally gusty winds up to 40 to 50 mph and brief
heavy rainfall possibly resulting in localized flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday and Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There will be continued chances of scattered thunderstorms amidst
warm and humid conditions on Tuesday, with the potential for
somewhat higher coverage of showers and storms Wednesday and
Thursday ahead of a cold front. Any thunderstorms will be capable
of producing gusty winds and brief heavy downpours during this
period.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.

Moving toward the northeast at 25 mph.
