Patchy light snow and flurries will dissipate by mid to late morning. A dusting to less than a half inch is possible in some spots, though not all areas will see accumulation.

Limited Flooding Risk. Limited Thunderstorm Risk. Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:
A strong storm system will affect the area this weekend. Rain and a chance of thunderstorms are expected Saturday, with very windy conditions developing Saturday night into Sunday.
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall Saturday afternoon could lead to minor localized flooding. Localized ice jam flooding is possible on area rivers.
