The Flood Advisory continues for
The Fox River at Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater, or from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles.
until further notice.
At 930 AM Tuesday the stage was 7.7 feet.
Action stage is 9.0 feet.
Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
The river is expected to rise above action stage late this week. There is currently low confidence that the river may continue to rise to above flood stage late this weekend into next week.
